In just under 2 years, TJ Maloney has been a part of 3 successful exits at Lincolnshire Management. They now are managing around $1.7 billion in capital that is private equity. The company focuses on purchasing companies in the middle market, recapitalizations, growth equity, and buyouts as well. They have invested in many different industries throughout the years as well.

Lincolnshire Management was first founded in 1986 and currently, TJ Maloney serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. He first joined the company back in 1993 and is now on the investment committee. Before TJ Maloney joined the team at Lincolnshire Management, he had been practicing law in New York City in the fields of securities and mergers and acquisitions. In the past, he had served as the Boston College Wall Street Council as their Chairman and at Fordham University and Boston College he had served on their boards. He has been a guest lecturer for several years at different educational institutions across the United States.

TJ Maloney has been recognized for his work with Lincolnshire Management multiple times. One of these took place in 2007 when he was presented with the Richard J. Bennett Memorial Award by Fordham Law School. It was presented in recognition of his moral standards that he follows as an executive.
